I hit lv 70 yesterday I was wondering how long it would take for toshiro to appear in rewards in huecomondo? I thought it would appear after reset but I guess not.

caution... if you aren't going to upgrade him to D toshi, harribel is the better bet, with old skills anyway, not sure with new

I plan on it. I was gonna run a 3 support kind of a deal with shusei kenjiro and toshiro. I have heard he is trash though. If anyone has a suggestion id gladly switch him out for something better

What's your current party, zanpacto, level, budget, VIP?
It's looking like your going for a control setup.  Low VIP/F2P choices for control type partys\
Zans: Kazeshini, Muramasa, Ashisoji Jizo, Hyorinmaru
Vanguards: Sajin, Nnorilta, Starrk, Noza Kenny
Assaulters: Shinji Hirrako, Isshin, Tossen, CSB Byaukya (wings)
Supports: Tavern~ Momo/Yourichi/Harribel/Gin/Aizen HMA~ Grim, D. Toshi, Aizen  CSB~Aizen
            Event~ Shini Kieske, Hikifune, Shinso Gin, Tavern Kieske (for a cheap T1)
There are of course a few others, but I think this is a good starting place for those @ VIP6 and lower

Important note, make sure you have some partners who have lots of raw damage or that build fury for pve as well as pve is 90% of your good rewards

im vip 3 right now I have harribel kenjiro lisa chad and main. I was planning on getting rid of lisa soon
