my question is simple Where i can get Green Enchant stones ?(i just know HM exchange) is there any other place for to get it ?

soul hunt exchange red star for them, home konso depending on your level, some events directly/indirectly (eg reio guardian has an exchange for green ones)

ive seen white ones in sould cultivation so green ones prob exist, but i wouldnt count on getting them from there

100% success : Soul Hunt ; some daily events rewards as mentioned by Dionysvs
100% success... when they show up : Black Market ; HMA
100% luck : Konso ; Soul Talisman ; Soul Cultivation

maybe also some from Alliance War rewards, tho i'm not 100% sure for this

actualy i was playing naruto but bored abit and start bleach i love it too. for spend some time for fun
