Hikifune, Shutara, Retsu Uno Kenpachi, Brenji and Main (Kido)

or

Shutara, Hikifune, Shini Kensei, Brenji and Main (Kido)

or some other team/mixture

I'd say the later, that combo is nothing to scoff at, but really, after his new skill, Isshin > Shini Kensei in pve
