your suggestion would make it easy for the dominating players to divide the earnings prearranging in which some are going... And as for ryokas, since they're a good source of spirit stones, what would happen if the dominating guild, in an unbalanced scenario, would send some of his players in one ryoka event to let them get some ryokas, de facto "stealing" them from the one they prearranged things with? Things would get even more unbalanced...
Imho, as for ryokas, we would need waves of more of them, if we wanted things to be leveled, and about Evil Spirits, just add more life, make them juicer, and giving more silver to the players, since starting level 100, it's impossible for some players to earn enough to level up the sets and go on with exclusive skills and upgrading reiatsu. Plus, this way the high vips wouldn't be unhappy, since their earnings, too, would grow, and if there's something in plain sight, it's that here (as in many other online games) you can buy your strenght ;)

Last game I played had some events that were similar to es and ryoka, and they had 2 times for them. It would definitely be good for me since I'm still working around es time so I can only make it a couple times per week.
