Its been a couple of months now and i still havent been able to top up. This problem started since the hero gallery update. Other players who top up through paypal have no problems however ttopping up with visa cards isnt possible as the message error occured keeps coming. Plx fix this problem asap.

Hmm not quite. I wouldn't say so. I managed to top up with visa card no problem. Problem started recently this reio particularly that I can't top up but before I did manage to top up. My last top up with visa was like a month ago.

I can top up with visa card no problem. Actually did this reio for fury stones without any trouble.

Topped up using a visa card just now to check. Works perfectly find. The problem is most likely on your end.

Did you use Gate2shop? Because it's gate2shop visa that doesn't allow me to top up this reio. It says error in payment.

Visa cards are working fine pal

Maybe check your card, might be a coincidental timing of something going wrong with your card and for when the new legend gallery came out ^^

For me worked well before. but this particular reio it isnt working. i checked my bank and they said the card is fine

I'll try it later this weekend for ya, but Kosmo just did it recently, so again maybe coincidental timing with your card? Even though you said it seems fine, I guess it could still happen ?:/ ^^

It most likely has to do with gate2shop. He managed because he used offgamers. I use gate2shop and I keep getting error.

P.S. Well kosmo is a regular top up guy, so logically gogames would increase his gold top up capacity, since he tops up by the benjamins, lol.

Probably I get the error because my top up is just 5$, lol.

i do it somewhat regularly too, and a bit more than $5 xD

Sorry about the late reply and I dont know for sure what the problem is but you might have a point about the gate2shop angle because everyone else is saying its possible. I just hope its a problem than can be fixed soon
