Soul Cultivation exists to boost old partners to become better, old and new ^^

They don't need to, the partners at the low stage like Zabimaru Renji, Dark Rukia etc. are supposed to stay low there, in both cost and overall greatness, so they are open to low-high VIP players, or those even becoming VIP for the first time ^^

Increasing her stats and well everything you said would surely increase her price, she needs to stay at the tier she is, no need for an upgrade, if you want the upgrade it's the partners that are above her, it's how the game works unfortunately for ya ^^

Why would they do that? Seriously. There is absolutely no reason for them to. D Rukia is one of the lowest value partners you can get for gold. Why would they make her stronger just because you asked them to?

Yeah, Toshiro's definitely only worth that 2k gold now too lol. I'm glad they at least lower the price on some of their partners once they outlive their usefulness XD
