i played the game and had gotten to atleast lvl 20 maybe higher and now that ilogged back in all y progress is gone

you sure logged into the the right server from before? if u accidentally go into another server it will give u a new character from scratch...

Fortunately it does not take a long time to get to level 20. Worst case you could start again :/

your probably in the wrong server. you get a new player in each server... good news is, level 20 is really no lost time. Really, in an account that isn't VIP i can get to level 20 in an hour, maybe an hour and a half if im just fooling around.
