As many of you saw, the whole site were down during the 1:st May.. Until recently. And now I ask, GoGames... Why? And how and when are we gonna get compensated for the long down time?

And I guess I wont get an answer.

The whole site was down, but it didn't disconnected anyone. So if you were log on and playing your account before the site went down, you will have made it to the event as long as you didn't log out. Both of my Alts stood for the whole Evil Spirit, but my main account(which I use the refresh after attacking trick) couldn't get back online.

exactly, not many of all having time play and stand still infront computer or leave afk. Those who afk ingame still can refresh and play normally and those not online cant enter u can find that same thread long time ago, same situation.

I was online. But went to do Alliance Battle and the game froze, when I refreshed it didn't work. I weirdly got the disconnected status a couple hours before that and clicked confirm to refresh, and that worked, the page loaded fine and I carried on playing (gw, ryoka). But I missed out on some dailies, 50 vit

, because of the game freezing. Was helping a guild member out too -_-

Nothing worked, all entry's where denied, server down and down right now confirmed it, they are f***ing as**ole* for not evening putting an excuse thread or atleast give one fraking symbolic coupons as a token of respect

The direct links didn't work either. Once you either refreshed, lost internet, or were offline for any reason you couldn't get back on. So please refrain from insulting people when you don't completely know what you're talking about.

u can connect anytime when u still ingame before that stupid accident happen, those havent ingame cant connect. We all do ES, 3-4 hour before ryoka that shit happen.

It's not all completely good yet. The support ticket site is broken and I can't login or use my ticket number. I've been waiting since the 28th for my gold...according to support the team has been on leave so that's great..

I don't know how many times we can say this, but you're wrong. I refreshed the page a few minutes before ES time US servers. The site was down so it didn't put me back into the game. So I pulled out my direct link and used it and instantly entered the game. I used said direct link a couple more times throughout the day, including one time on a different computer. So YOU should refrain from talking about thing you don't completely understand. Direct link was working for anyone that had one saved already somehwere before the site went down.
