So my formation is now

Oetsu-Hiki-Kirinji / Main Berseker renji (berseker switched for komamura for pvp)

on who should i focus first and what should i focus on?
and any other tips?

yeah, new in bleach i have played UN uhm waiting for the modi on hiki or should i just make her already the fastest? and who should be 2,3,4 and should it be a big difference

just got her yesterday with berseker renji
now im waiting for a vg.. thinking about Ichibe
im gonna make hiki fasted.. not gonna be easy haha damn kirinji with his speed bonus

with your partners, you will soon be dropping your vanguard most probably. maybe just stick with the one your using for a while, see if you can throw yours away once you go T1...

I need a strong vanguard for higher level 100+ right?
