When bad gateway happens like last night and you are in GW with someone from your guild and he just made you guild leader. You can do this ofcourse, cause the other guy in your guild can't login and has to miss Ryoka probably too...

This is not about context or me finally getting revenge for his stupidness. This is more about a guide how you can make someone, you don't like, miss ryoka on purpose even if they know they would get the bad gateway.
