Just want to know if anyone tried activating Kyoraku exclusive skill & whether it is worth the frags & if it works properly & not bugged :p

Need if math was right around 4,840 fragments total to activate his skill.

The numbers are switched around in that box. It's actually the number in the sentence below it.

That is to increase the growth stats. In order to get the Exclusives on Tavern Partners, it's level 30 for the earlier level ones, level 35 exclusive for the others.

Always check the ? in the window once you selected the partner you want to preview in the exclusive window.
It will tell you the level for exclusive and for the better growth rates.
