You cant use zanpakuto, it is counted as another character and the requirements visible are enough. I believe the first one was about dmg done and the other one team below 50% hp or something like that.author: Sinnesfrid time: 2016-8-16 11:48:02

Can I only bring those two to battle and then clear the requirment is that it?
I tried that, the first one says something about 50% damage and I have had both my main and B.Renji do above it.
Do you need to bring the partner they bond with as well or not? I am guessing not since Sado for example needs Yachiru and you cannot use 2 VGs.
