mixed with his evo, and an inferno set of gear, I'd wager he would be naturally around what? 40%, add the 35% from Isshin and you have a wonderful pair

You could see it just reading the name "Kakushitsuijaku" it's combo rate, you can check on other partners with a combo rate star, it will be "kakushitsuijaku" too
