Now, is it advisable not to use the first form of HMA Kenny until you get enough stuff for the second version?
(Considering what happened here and what has happened way worse than here)

Nozarashi also uses the same debuff and it has the same effect. Noza is a partner that can fuck you up hard against vanguard stackers. Also, for some reason you can block when fossilized meaning that the debuff can really fuck you up. Whole idea of noza is for him to be either used PVE only or not rely on him in PVP. OR ofc you can just stack him to the point where when you skill, you one hit anything in your way, which actually isn't too hard as long as you don't go against hikis or get fucked by cc's.

Noza's appeal is that CC accually helps him as it stops his stupid fucking skill. every single way to stop damage in the game is bypassed by block damage and you can still block with any status effect on you in the game. Mix him with a well fortified Hyorin and he then has regen similar to (lesser than) TSI, which makes him even better... plus you casual, running a vang in events is for noobs that can't tank the higher waves in ryoka with assaulters

yes he does, but his skill is part of his problem, fossilize is insane. If you have Noza, you don't want him T1, and you want his block, HP, defense, attack, crit, and break def as high as possible, basicly nothing else matters

Casual? Unless you got 90% block on all assulters its better to run noza than shura ken

. He's random fury gen and increase of attack works really well. But that maybe cos of my set up. Also, he isn't as amazing as a lot of people make him to be. To get a hell lot of block you gonna need to stack, and even with higher bond and evo your block is around 130%, which still means you can get dmg hard. Fuck, I've seen fuckers one shot my noza even when he blocks. :O But then again, those are out of my league. Stacking noza is never a bad idea, its just not the safest bet in PVP, definitely if you have an alternative way of going around it.

My lowest block on assaulters is 45%, but then i'm running cute orihime in PVP, which raises it to 65%, and I've also got a T1 Shura Kenpachi, so yeah, I block with all 3 every round, lol and i think Noza's block caps around 143%... I mean mine isn't there... yet but I'll get there...

yes and no... Noza blocks much better, you can bond him (which makes him the monster he is), all of his stats are MUCH better, it's like the difference between tavern Yourichi and tavern Aizen... both are basicly the same thing, but Aizen is just upgraded in every way, shape, and form (basicly)

. Yes he can go high, but takes so much and you better of just get a ubp partner thats gonna be better for stacking/ or buy one. Stacking noza is kind of old now lets be honest. Used to be op when bonds got introduced and zanpaktou fortify, but now we getting good shit in UBP. Fuck noza

Noza with his bonds becomes serious upgrade, although in my opinion, you shouldn't use him until upgraded cos he can't be bonded, and therefore he's weaker than stark or even h.ichigo. After upgrade, he's best low VIP van. By far.

only reason i'm using shin shura kenny is because i've already started putting work into him, and don't want to inheret off, then back on... figure take a hit in the short game for a gain in the long game
