we're scared spending 500-800 dollars on a partner just in case i just wanted to know before hand besides a lot of characters have yama shinso(mostly teir 1 but still) lol

Want to focus vanguard, TSI. You want a van that boosts your team, use kukaku, her defense mods are amazing.

TSI has not been nerfed and is going to stay as a top tier partner for some time although when it comes to having a vanguard you would consider getting them for the defense , as far as defense Sexy Kukaku outclasses TSI in every aspect but if you are going the god vanguard road or just plan to stack him heavy for his offensive capabilities then he is like having a assaulter in the vanguard spot. He will hit insanely hard and with the ryumon ikkaku bond he will have the dumbest invincibility procs you will ever see.
