I spirit-infused 5 pieces of the red lv 70 set (Spirit - Hollowfire). Most of them are around level 5 or so, but the belt for example gives me only extra 18 hp from spirit-infusion, the 2 physical defense items only 2 extra phys. def at level 5. I have another 4 pieces equipped on Yasutora and those are fine (belt at lv 4 with approximately 2,5k extra HP), only the set I spirit-infused this morning is completely bugged.

If your item is reinforced in lower level.. then the spirit infused attribute is low too..
You need to reinforce your item at higher level for it to have a higher additional attributes of spirit infused
