hi guys i have a question relating to shutara shop
what happen when i upgrade an ultimate set first then start infusing it?
actually i did it and it requires lvl 55 water to infuse
my question is whether the power of the gear will be the same as when i have fully infuse it and then upgrade it
will the power of both be the same?

Yes, there is no difference between a set that was already fully infused before upgrading and a set that you infuse after upgrading
