dmg rate buff from komamura works now
Bankai Kenpachi (orange)
Strength - 9000 (Growth 7.0)
Agility - 6000 (Growth 5.5)
Wisdom -2000 (Growth 2.5)
H P - 7000 (Growth 6.8)
Formation: Vanguard
Talent: 20% damage rate, 20% strength, 20% stamina
Skill: attack all enemies, growthrate 220%, increase own team 30% dmg rate(?), decrease enemies defense by 50% for 2 rounds, recover own fury by 50
Exclusive Skill Lv3: attack all enemies, growthrate 280%, increase team 50% crit rate and hit rate, reduce enemies 50% avoid injury rate, recover one random ally 75 fury
Mods:
1. Immune fury deduction and fury restriction
2. When attacked, 50% chance to deduct enemy fury by 50
3. When attacking, 100% chance to increase team's crit damage by 50%.
4. Add 15% block rate
5. Increase teams atk by 20%
6. Add 30% avoid injury rate
7. when being killed, removes enemys defense for 1 round

Means he isn't very strong pvp :p (meta right now is def on vg's, but it might change bcs of this guy :p )
imo human komamura is alot stronger cause of the immnune to mutilation.

I expected more
I have no idea why people are so threatened by rj's mutilate seeing as it is only 14% for 3 rnds (unlike koga 40% aoe 2 rnds or oetsu normal and koga exclusive 90% single target and a few other partners who do more).
Its the ignite that does a huge amount of damage and that can normally be countered by high stamina ( if its the same as resurreccion ignite that is, not really sure -> which means 30% total atk + ignore defense aka not 30% hp damage). I've noticed rj's doing 60% damage on my supps and then only ~20% on my van. There was even a fight in last ToT where 2 rj users fought the entire 20 rnds xD (was fun to watch ) Don't have rj myself so it's just an observation I got from fighting the rj users on my server and seeing the fights in ToT.
edit: might have a soft spot for rj users as the rj users from my server remove their rj in csb 
(they're the nicest people on the server xD)

I understand your opinion there are a lot of better partner than them and you need to focus them in order to use them well. It's just that for me they aren't in my range price and they will all fit a slot for a different strategy and adding some diversity to my formation.
And I collect partners too (I'm at 27 actually)

well i had 14 slots till mugetsu rank now are 16 so i deleted a many partners cuz of that limit
so thats why i dont want trash partners they take slots

Unless the growth rates for agility and wisdom are switched, he will be weak to supporters. He has tavern level wisdom.

exactly.. I don't get how people don't understand he's support weak.. thus you can use that to your advantage.. Stacked support/assulters that ignore chaos or ignore immume + weak b.kenny = nuke
Maiyuri, ywach, raijin, oetsu + jakka or even katen x senju possibly.. I'll have to look at peoples mods but those partners come to mind.

yeah, because it's better to pay gold just to get character from limited lease than get same character and some extra stuff from other events for less gold (since most of characters in limited lease are overpriced). Limited lease have of course it's uses but this set of event is pretty good to get kukaku especially if you gonna top-up 30k (because then you might get raijin yoruichi too)

cuz death skill wont work on hiki but most top up players dont use her anymore
so its probably translated corectly
