Retsu Is a must have as well, but yoruichi is better, Retsu is just a better Orihime. She heals everybody on your team but supporters

Wish you was a bit more specific on who you are asking for here xD

Tavern partners of Yoruichi and Retsu: Yoruichi, she deals damage every round whilst Unohana instead heals every round after getting 100 fury, dealing no extra damage

Event Partners: Both Shinigami and Sexy Yoruichi both fail in comparison in damage compared to Kenpachi Unohana, all due to her skill being able to do 400% damage, which could happen every other round as you gain fury back, and has higher base/growth stats than both Sexy and Shinigami Yoruichi ^^
