These requirements
-Win and make sure at least 2 partners survived
-Win and make sure at least 1 female partner survived (except Main Character)
-Reinforcement Byakuya Kuchiki Damage dealt by Main Character is no less than 1 of total damage

If this is the case
Byakuya Kuchiki 30% damage
and 1 female to survive

do you mean the Hard mode?

Ichigo less than 50% HP
Main & Ichigo no less than 30% HP

No Zanpakuto
Main using the skill dealing the LESS damage (skill nr.6 for instance)
then you may have to unequip main until he's not killing Byakuya too fast

LAST IMPORTANT THING :
the buff is essential in this stage!
if Byakuya has a lowered phys. attack you will never succeed! just wait for a "better" buff if that happens.

win and keep all allies'hp 30%
win and make sure 1 male partner survived(exept main character)
reinforcement ichigo kurusaki remaining hp is no more than 50% of total hp

Is that last fight with byakuya
If so, then only MC +30%hp
