right now im going for grimmjow since im more of pve then ppv. though i got both complety set and ready. all i have to do is switch partners and stuff etc.
but what im questioning about is... if u want the upgraded grimmjow one do u first have to get the normall one? for 110 grimmjow coupons and 300 reishi. before u can upgrade it?
and if it's so then it means u need 260 grimmjow coupons and 800 gold reishi. well the gold reishi not a problem got 7.6k atm, lvl 102 so went for 10.5k gold reishi for the 3 lvl 110 partners. so i need 11.3k eventually.
but the grimmjow coupons i get 20 coupons a day. sometimes 25 so it'll take me around 10-11 days or so.

but can u directly buy the upgraded version? or normall one first?
can someone please clarify this.

You need to get the normal version first and then upgrade him, you cannot skip

lol, considering they're only asking for like "double" if that for a character thats like an assload superior... I highly doubt they'd let you skip the original :3

But, yes.. You must have the Original, and then upgrade to the Better by getting HIS(or her) requirements.

yeah wat worries me is... u get the normal version...

u spend time moddin it... n then waitin to upgrade it...

once upgraded... the mods goes back to 0... omfg.... mod again... hics...

i dt think the mods stay if you upgrade, upgrade is you are getting the new character in his place who already have some base stats. its an upgrade not an update. so yeah the mods dont stay after an upgrade, you are getting a new character.

so we just recruit the character first without modify..

i think that even if we do dojo everyday, we can't save fragments to be used until character is upgraded

am I right?

i guess someone need to test this, but like i allways say gogames is really useless because they only sell his product but they dont know his product, and they never give you an usefull advice, must be proved by someone with 2 acc or a lot of resources, and yeh i think you need the first char to the upgrade and you can keep the mods after the upgrade, but if someone can test that better

nope. you will most likely need to collect new fragments since its a new partner. but a test would be the safest option to go by

well i dont want any easy char so to do that i need at least 1 month, because im Vip4, so i guess someone with an acc Vip7 or more can do that and try with Renji

wat i was sayin is.. u can apply to gogames n be their tester... on their test server n then let us know
how good the partners r upon release... so us players will hav a better insight...

nah i dont think gogames can do that, i dunno if they have an serv to test the updates because allways have bugs

they do hav a test server... n their id is like lvl 140... xixixi... nekkid as usual...

but wit fury stones... so they can test out some skills... but they dun giv u any reviews here...
but nowadays at least they show u a battle report of their skills for u all to preview...

which i think its a baby step to improve on their service tho...

nah that was an visual bug i guess, because all the previews comes from CN servs thats why our nerf Isshin doesnt have an skill preview, same with Special war chars.

I already mentioned on page one you cannot buy an upgraded special war partner without owning the first version of the special war partner

why test if you want to get war partners wait so you have enough to upgrade straight away but the down side is to get the fragments are going to be really hard and you will get little the stronger they are but the choice is up to you

yeah i thnk i get the point of gettin the partner straight... when u hav enuf points for the upgraded version...

unless u can keep the partners lvl when upgrading n certain mod points... or frags...

otherwise u ll be doin double work... get 1st version... lvl up... mod it... n then enuf tokens for upgraded version...

get it... n then re lvl up again... re mod again ... n etc... hics... such a chore...

Support told me that you will have to start from scrath once upgraded. He didn't say more then that lol

i onli know tht... u got to get the original version... n then onli can upgrade...

but forgot to ask if ur lvl resumes or the mod resumes from where u hav upgraded...

well startin from scratch would b a pain... thts y if can wait till ... str8 get the upgrade version...

yeah... i think hav to wait a long long time... but CSB aizen isnt hard to get...

maybe... by the 4th season half way i might hav Aizen...

but SWP aizen will take 320 days ... hics....

i ll hav my mugetsu title b4 tht too... another 120 days or lesser for mugetsu title...

shin gin will get him the next round if he is cheaper... meanwhile... no use for him...

3-1-1 with Unohana / Gin / Aizen or Urahara is super defensive, especially if combined with T1 Fury.
1-3-1 is good but requires a lot of good stones and gear. Being faster (enemy Gin) or T1 fury is a must, Toshiro comes in handy too.

I really liked 1-3-1 though.. I just can't play it yet.

still i would prefer someone who can attk all enemy tho...

I'm currently using Urahara with Main, byakuya, shiniyorui and toshiro.
Although I do notice that shiniyor is really lacking and sort of "left behind" (I dont wanna call her useless lol) Switching her out for Barragan or CSB Aizen would be awesome though.

That's right cause dojo fragments are under partner name

and I already have Shin Zabimaru Renji which is kinda better than normal Renji, however this one is purple and lvl50......i'm just wondering by the time I upgrade this partner will keep the lvl 71 (current lvl atm) or it just stay at another lvl with his Golden name????

with Grim is the same

since im not lvl 100 I cannot farm to get Kenpachi nor Ulquiorra

i have the average one from there with 70 coupons/200 purple skulls......however when I tried to get modify fragments has been almost impossible......all the enemies are RED so is like trying to battle a lvl 94 or above.....for my lvl is impossible to beat them up that's why im getting grimm tomorrow morning.......then I will upgrade renji to see what will happen to his current lvl which is 72 atm
