My main is 137 lvl, and yamamoto is 133, when I hit 140lvl with main and reincar him will yamamoto be able to hit 140? or he will get stuck until my main reach 140 lvl again

game "remembers" highest lvl your main has ever reached so yamamoto will be able to hit 140 without any problems

Although I don't recommend reincarnating your main again if he was reincarnated once already unless you reached lvl 159 with him
