If Isshin and Noza Kenpachi used skill on the same character would that make him immortal?

Noza fosilizes only when he attacks the vanguard lane
Isshin voids only when he attacks assaulter lane
When they attack other lane nothing happens,only the dmg and self buffs

Are you sure? If so it would be great, but i was watching YT and there i saw characters do debuffs even to other lanes, than they are supposed to, if im not mistaken. (Harribel stunned VG etc.)

idk about isshin,but it's 100% like that with noza
and u have to consider other factors when looking at stunning,such as halos,mods...and other things
i have to see the br to say it for certain about harribel
