Mate.
Recently gogames is bugged AF and there are tons of sht like this happening.
So my only suggestion would be: Do not spend major amount of gold for few months.
And for you situation. Just write similar thread in Bug Report & Tech Support section and hope for the best. Look up, might there is even an email you can write (for more chance of your problem being spotted by the employees).
