The reinforcement Byakuya has to obtain 30% damage as others said unfortunately, you can do this by having at least only 2 partners in the formation (reducing the total damage dealt and saving room for Byakuya to damage enemies) and using zanpakuto/main skill boosts to up the attack on Byakuya ^^

The Main characters 8th (Combo) or 9th (Increase Attack %) skill can help you here (9th Skill can be used alongside a Damage Rate Zanpakuto for further assistance, like Zabimaru). What you should be looking for is that the allied Byakuya gets to do his skill against all enemy supporters, doing high damage against them, and this should get you your 30% damage in order to pass, whilst of course having everyone survive in the meantime ^^
