i am close to 2k stones now so half way, but i am curious about which partner is best pvp and pve wise. once i can get either 1.
i was thinking about kenpachi for pve, for more damage.
but then again in csb im loosing to people latetly i haven't lost to before. (20-40k bp increasing a day for them...]
i am lvl 105 yet with 730k bp.
so who should i go for? and who would be best for BOTH pvp and pve?
thanks sincerely ariella.

it depends really

I think they are both good...

But I will go for Shura kenpachi
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I think just because of the final mod of byakuya ~ i think he is better
especially with the formation i have planned for him --- I need 1 month for that final mod!!!!!!!!!!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I also think Shura Kenpachi has the 2nd best mods out of the 3

I think CSB Kenpachi kinda' sucks in the long run.  I mean, he's good... but...
His Tier 6 Mod works against him, because true to his manga inheritance, he's seeking to give his opponent the advantage to prolong the thrill of the fight.
Uryu would be an equivalent counterpart for Ken in PvE.  Sexy Yoru would be better in the long run too..  This is just another heavy hitter than can be replaced.

Byakuya's 170% all hit, and 3-round -10% speed and 100% combo rate is really dangerous in PvP
His -10% speed will really be the key in higher level fights of speed vs speed
He also has the innate Higher Agi buff, so with Zangetsu or Senbon, he's one of the fastest characters available.
On par with Ultima Aizen / Shinsoo Gin, because Byakuya also has Tier 4 +10% speed.

None are the best at pvp/pve Shura Ken-chan somehow is an amazing char for pve daily events even with an low combo rate (2%)but only an BDD monomer for pvp and Byakuya is great for pve because he is fast and have high dmg AoE skill + nice talent, well the mods even when some are really nice need an huge amount of time or reset times to get them

Seems like a beast to me..
Attacking all enemies, stunning them AND draining fury, don't forget his amazing growthrates. Looks like Byakuya combined with Gin.
Though the thing is you need high level counter stones because the 10 fury decrease will be useless if the enemy Crits on your vanguard or in general.. and the next turn the enemy will have 140 fury if he's not stunned.

Though I feel like most tavern and event characters are kinda overshadowed by the Special War Power partners.. Just look at the Aizen there: Void, Fury restriction, Chaos... like wow.

SWP Aizen is indeed a monster. CSB Aizen is also, insanely good though.

The rest of the SWP are situational. There is no automatic plug and play with the rest like Aizen has.

Shura Kenpachi is good for both pvp as well as PVE, while he doesn't have a fury reduction like ikkaku does he has a break defense decrease that he applies to opponents and has a slight fury regeneration of his own.  Jimmy1 from server 29 uses him in his pvp as well as pve and it works out great.

Byakuya while cool is limited to PVP in reality, his damage modifier is far lower then most other pve characters thus offsetting any bonus he has of decreasing speed and increasing his own combo.

PvE isn't just ES and Ryoka.

I don't know why so many are answering the pol with Shura Ken, Byakuya is far an above more useful for both PvP and PvE. In pve he reduces your opponents speed, while giving an extra attack the next round to the partner situated above him. In PvE he's also quite useful with the same extra hit.

Does Byakuya's talent stack with Isshins, or do you max out at 2 attacks each per turn?
