Im 5 levels away to level110 and would take about a week,I have read some pros and cons about reincarnating and would love to hear some advices
If its good to reincarnate right off the bat after I reach level110 or should I wait until I get to level120
to replace my Relampago lv80 gear or much better wait for level125 for those lv120 infusers

I can reach upto stage 8 in HMA with just him and Main

I regret very much to have reincarnated, I would have preferred to have continued normal and taken advantage of more ToT.

The ideal level for reincarnation is Lv159 (max lvl)
If your main's EXP is maxed at Lv159, and you reincarnate the first time, you stay lv159
If your main's EXP is maxed at Lv159, and you reincarnate the second time, you stay at Lv159
If your main's EXP is maxed at Lv159, and you reincarnate the third time, your level becomes Lv158
If your main's EXP is maxed at Lv159, and you reincarnate the forth time, your level becomes Lv155
If your main's EXP is maxed at Lv159, and you reincarnate the 5th time, your level becomes Lv151-152 (forgot which)
There are pros and con for reincarnating at cap level.

Pros:
You remain within Lv151+ for 2x Arena Chest prizes.
There won't be a large difference in terms of silver given from Ryoka Event.
There won't be a large difference in terms of silver and EXP given in the mail after completing a daily event, such as ES, GW, Ryoka, PS.
You get to gain back the EXP faster through already unlocked Level 50, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150 (most exp given daily) World Map Instances.
Be placed on Lv101-159 ToT for Red Hogyuku farming.
Lv121-159 ToT isn't as crowded as the end game Reincarnated ToT.

Cons:
Won't be able to participate in Reincarnated ToT (losing the chance to get more exclusive fragments)
Lose the early +46% damage bonus in PVE/PVP advantage.
Lose the early -46% damage reduction in PVE/PVP advantage.
PS.: the cons are short but essentially losing the Reincarnation advantage leads to harder (or more challenging) PVE/PVPs or you'll be weaker then those who have reincarnated early.
More damage = more EXP and Silver in PVE

Is it fine to Reincarnate my Partners then instead of my Main and wait for lv150s?

First of all, ain't nobody getting to the max xp of level 159 you got 0 xp on that shit no matter how hard you try you'll get d'cd at some point and can't keep the 200m-400m xp you gained that day.
Secondly,

The ideal level for reincarnation is Lv159 (max lvl)
If your main's EXP is maxed at Lv159, and you reincarnate the first time, you stay lv159
If your main's EXP is maxed at Lv159, and you reincarnate the second time, you stay at Lv159
If your main's EXP is maxed at Lv159, and you reincarnate the third time, your level becomes Lv158
If your main's EXP is maxed at Lv159, and you reincarnate the forth time, your level becomes Lv155
If your main's EXP is maxed at Lv159, and you reincarnate the 5th time, your level becomes Lv151-152 (forgot which

all of this becomes invalid/incorrect information and leads to misguiding people which I suggest you be more careful with next time.
Thirdly, you may not remain 151 for 2xArena Chest prizes due to your incorrect info that you stay 159 afte rei 1 and rei 2.
Fourthly, if you give everyone the 300% damage reincarnation effect, there will be a noticeable difference(everyone, not just the main).
Fifthly, you reincarnate and get placed in the last ToT bracket. You said that in the "

ros" list you are placed in 101-159 bracket.
Lastly, "Cons" according to bp it will be decided if he is in top 8 of Reincarnated ToT bracket or not.
One last thing worth mentioning is that when a non-reincarnated character is up against a reincarnated character, the damage of non-reincarnated character decreases by 30%.

How does Reincarnating Affect PVE directly?
I mean if non-r Enemy players deals -30% Damage to reincarnated players
how does it affect boss? does the final damage reincarnation passive skills affects Evil spirit or ryoka or void even ?

You have less damage to Es but there is no -30% reduction like vs a reincarnated player.
You just get the %16 boost from rei1 and so on to rei5 you get more damage that way in Evil Spirit, Ryoka, Protect Seireitei and Void. Not considering the 300% reincarnation effect you could obtain.

simpler put, if u reincarnate, you will gain a little more passive dmg against players and es/ryoka but u will lose on red hogyo frags and exclusive frags, if u wanna compare the dmg vs the red hogyo frags and exclu frags, my opinion is to leave reincarnation for as later as possible. better do ToT and farm those red hogyo frags and exclu frags for as long as possible cuz once u reinc ur gonna be placed along the top toppin peeps and if ur wallet aint fat enough ur gonna regret.
as to what chaos said, when u reach lvl 151 and u reinc, even if ur main drops to lvl 130 or even lower, u will still get the double rewards from the arena chest depending on ur rank

srsly, dont rush to reinc, cuz once you do u cant go back and imo the gain from reinc compared to the free red frags and exclu is just damn low, along with soul cultivation and tot u can get exclusive skill much faster which is better to have first before reinc even with the 300% reinc effect on all formation

like i said, the reinc gain compared to ToT rewards, especially if u get second or first place, its far too low, on the other hand, farmin ToT u gain in 2 areas, exclu and hogyo's, and ToT is the best place to farm those and fastest not to mention its free aswell

reinc is good, but like chaoschief said, maybe, maybe after u reach lvl 151, even at 159 u can still go without reinc and farm ToT as u will be in the middle or Advanced section, so my advice is dont reinc untill u have unlocked the exclusive skill on the partners u plan to use for the long run

I agree with you, I somehow regretted doing reincarnation because I just want the 300% damage passive for pve only xD

Getting to Lv151 as soon as possible to unlock 2x Arena Chest prizes is better on the long run then reincarnating early, cause if you're rank 1 in your own server you'll be getting 20k * 2 = 40k prestige daily, 200 * 15 arena wins = 3000 prestige, 500 prestige from CSB daily offering, which totals to 43.5k prestige daily. or 23.5k without Lv151+.
Getting Mugetsu rank is better then early reincarnation levels, which gives +30% dmg

It takes 25k prestige daily to maintain it the Rank, and with 43.5k prestige daily income, its more then enough to maintain it and you won't be scared of losing it on the long run even if you miss a few day from logging in the future =D
Total prestige requirement from 5th Division Lieutenant rank to Mugetsu rank is 4,990,000 prestige.
