shes pretty much the best monomer at this game with 400% skill and invulneravility per 2 turns dunno if that buff is random, also leave a dot debuff, to be honest she can be a huge monster at pve dailies because she is an support and can deal and huge dmg, btw here is the skill preview

Her skill is the same as renji's. It attacks the target with the lowest HP, so having a high skill growth rate isn't really all that important.

She gives Super Dodge ( Shini Yoruichi's Invuln ) to someone else. She gives another buff to herself, but I cannot tell what that one is based on the preview. It is some kind of increase to something, Probably crit rate.

She does not Dot Debuff anything. That was the zanpakuto.

She would be really good with Shini Yoruichi in PvP. Aside from that, she is strictly PvE Sexy Yoruichi status.

looks like you're right about that but the artwork does unohana no justice, even from looking at the skill preview the picture of the face that appears looks like someone whose either on drugs or very tired

as for the skill it reminded me of a few games with characters who specialize with drunken fist fighting like shun di from virtua fighter.

Renji with his poor 180% dmg skill is pretty dangerous against supports who usually ends up with least hp after 10th skill, now more than two times that dmg is pretty wicked. Too bad that she doesnt buff fury to others or something of that sort, would be really good for pve as well.

She does not work with a AoE team. She will pretty much garuntee a 1 shot kill on anything she hits, so you are just wasting damage that way. Might as well use Renji at that point.

She is really strong in conjunction with Shini Yoruichi. They both deal massive damage to individual targets and have buffs that add to survivability. But AoE based teams might as well use a AoE support, you would get far more out of it.

Well thats true, but she might work for me if I will ever decide to get her because noone in my team does AoE dmg except main with 10th skill and I have shini yoruichi as well so 2 ppl in team invulnerable can be pretty annoying especially if you give her t1 fury start

At this price i didn't even bother cheking the battle preview

Her stat and basic stat are nice, however her mod lvls are not that crazy considering the price; and as a supporter she has more assauler stats than supp, i don't see her effectiveness in pvp, maaybe pve

I wouldn't say she's a great deal (with the exception of PvE), but there is one strategy you could use with her that I just thought up of, but totally detrimental to your VG.

So what you would do is lower your VG stamina so that out of your team, he has the lowest amount of health. Ken Unohana has T1 (assuming you are using T1 team).
Have her with the fastest speed on your team, so she can go first and activate her skill, making your VG invulnerable for 2 turns while attacking enemies weakest member.
As your other support, either have shinso gin or urahara, so that every other turn, you're able to keep your VG invulnerable constantly and destroying enemy team.

Now this would work on mainly people with no T1 team or a "artificial" T1 team as I like to call it (using rukia, urahara, shinso gin, or a combo of them to create T1 team)*.

*Possible to work because most people (generalization) don't have relatively strong "defensive" support. They're usually squishy, so by Ken Unohana ability, she'd easily destroy an "artificial" T1 team.

With this strategy, you can make you're team "untouchable" cause the enemy won't be able to generate fury and you just dismantle them. This is the only way I see any value "worth" over $1000 to get her. But that's about all I can think of.

There are a lot of strategies with her. The ability to give anyone you want invuln is very powerful, combined with the fact that she is going to kill whomever she hits every time is absurd.

Giving invuln to someone like SWP Ulqiorra would be rather absurd, as not only is he going to be untouchable, but the dot ticks away the entire time.

The problem really is that if you have the ability to do it, why not just kill the enemy team. If I could put pure T1 on any character in the game, Kenpachi Unohana is not even in the top 5.

Of course I would never claim that she'd be remotely near any of my choices for being one of the top 5 to put T1 on. I was just alluding to a possible strategy that could be used against the general populace. In higher tiered fights, I agree, choosing to take out the entire team in one swoop is what one would aim for, therefore for people like that, Unohana shouldn't even come up as a choice.

The only reason I brought that strategy up is that because I've noticed it a trend amongst most players to use Modified T1 strategies and the implemented strategy used through the VG and Unohana would be excellent for combating that. What it wouldn't work on would be further down the road where most high-vip players have T1 already, and therefore it wouldn't matter if your VG was untouchable because enemy team already has fury.

This was just an observation I made when looking at her skill and compiling strategies to work with them. (only problem is that unohana herself IS the liability in all the strategies, in part due to her skill. If her health somehow drops lower than say, the one you were giving invincibility to, then her next skill use will instead be used up on her, now leaving your team member vulnerable.)

Retsu is actually a lot more versatile and deadly than you would believe for that price...
If I had $1000 to spend I'd pick her up to replace Shini Ura

She has a regen +35 fury.
With a fury generating partner that's faster than Retsu, if retsu crits fury regen, retsu can skill every single turn.
Or if your fury generator +25, crits fury regen twice: +37 +37 +35 retsu regen = 109, skill again

Rukia's +30 fury when it crits = 45
So it's safe to say that Retsu's fury regen crit = 50+

So fury regen +25, retsu skills and crits +50 fury regen, fury regen +25 = 100, Retsu skills again

That is not correct.

Retsu fury crit ( +50 ) and Shinso Gin or Tavern Urahara fury crit ( +45 ), is only 95 fury. She will only skill every turn if you run TWO Fury Generators.
