So a couple of monts ago, I made a post on how to efficiently use stam so that u can use all 10-11k vit on first day of ubp, and after researching, I saw someone refresh the page after battling, and after about 5-10 minutes of refreshing the timer went to 0, got all their crystals. If anyone's doing ubp or has vit to spare to look into this, that would be greatly appreciated.

I have 7.5k vit, if this works, i will get 10 x 6 x 8(gf) + 10 x 20(1 seritei resturnat per day) + 5 x 10 x 10(bg) = 480 + 200 + 500 = around 1250 vit, so ill need 9.75k, 2.25k away!!
hoping for oetsu, hiki, senju

Yes, this works. I did it during the last UBP for Mugetsu. Refresh speeds things up considerably. Definately the way to go.
