Disappearing Weapons

Toshiro102

Hello. I am currently missing a weapon in-game after attempting to Inherit the enhance level from my previous weapon, the Noble Sword, to my newly-crafted Eternal Sword. The Inherit process completed, and I clicked off of the "Inherit" screen to go to the "Partner" screen, and I was disappointed to find that my newly-acquired weapon had ceased to exist. I checked my inventory, all of my partners, and even the warehouse but alas...no Eternal Sword. I'd appreciate some help if at all possible. A way to fix it, or a small amount of compensation would be nice. My character is AokiKimura, lvl 34 on S5. I spent a great deal of in-game resources to get that weapon, including: Ten stamina vials, Four Eternal Swords Shards, An Eternal Sword Blueprint, Six Steel Ore, Lots of Beli, Coupons on Looting Cooldowns, and a whole lotta time. I'm also pretty sleep-deprived now. Just some official acknowledgement would be wonderful, because I don't want to waste time playing a game if there isn't any care put into it. Thank you for your time.

So either the support team silently answered my plea, or a server malfunction was fixed due to a crash I just experienced. Either way, thank you very much!
