Dev's "WTF is up with S1"

First off Dev's or whoever reads these forums why is it that we get no response back from our questions or concerns? Secondly, what is up with all the bugs since the past patch, Impel Downs can't get off map once you are there, same with guild crystal defense you get stuck there also. I've found you only can get off those maps by joining boss fight when it happens. Then skypeia you can't even go to that map. When I try I get locked out of everything. I mean I can't click on anything and at the bottom it says transferring whatever from gogames. I tried waiting over and hour to see if it will finally load but nothing.
