Im having problems redeeming the grimjow, renji, ect chests.
Is anyone else having these problems? I've got all of the requirements for each chest except murcilago.
Has anyone gotten them to work?

You need to recruit the partner I think. For example I got the grimmjow/panthera chest because I had recruited grimmjow before.
