it wont go past96 percent and i lost a weeks worh of ryoka and guild wars prizes

i cant even do that guild  wars or the Ryoka attack and i missed 3 weeks worth because of this . because it will stop at 96 percent and not go anyfurther. and now i am pIssed about it........:@:@:curse::curse::curse::curse::curse::curse::curse::curse::curse::curse::curse::curse::curse::curse:

can u fix it now so i can get on
