More often than not it's you needing to clear your cache. Most of you say you do it, but I don't think a lot of folks are doing it right. Here is a guide for every browser and versions. Please try this method before anything. Also, apparently flushing your DNS cache can help to.

CLEARING YOU INTERNET CACHE GUIDE (IF YOUR GAME IS SHOWING UP AND GETTING HUNG ON LOADING, OR SLOW LOADING, TRY THIS TO FIX)

UPDATE FLASH PLAYER (LATEST FLASH UPDATE WORKS AS OF 10/18/14 FOR BLEACH ONLINE. FEEL FREE TO UPDATE IT.)

HOW TO FLUSH YOUR DNS (HAS WORKED FOR SOME PEOPLE ON FIXING THE MISSING EVENTS/SOUL HUNT TABS)

i have a problem i cant see the event bar when i log in i tried all those methods shut down computer/internet and turn back on and it still doesnt work for me

i switched from using chrome to torch with browsers and ever since never experienced another black screen problem

so i am guessing your browser has a role in it too

i encountered black screens on

chrome, I.E (internet explorer) and Firefox

never encountered black screen problem on

opera, torch, and safari (for windows more specifically)

i would also like to point out just as upgrading your Flash player works ~ downgrading can work too

I need to refresh 3 or 4 times daily to enter in GW, sometimes i need to close and open browser, clear chache every 3 days or change browser to log in

Live battle wont load. Its stuck at 70%, it couldn't complete thats why i need to refresh always but im not enjoying anymore. Its more fun if u can see the live battle especially on arena.

torch browser(as said in the previous posts) fixed it for me. chrome and firefox would literally die out on me, my spreadsheets would go black too. Now using torch browser, it tries to break but then it doesn't, i can see the blickering but still it doesnt die out. Torch browser ftw

Just tried torch. Same result as Firefox, Chrome and Internet explorer. It loads until it gets just passed the Image of Orihime/Sui/what'sherface. :/

Considering the amount of things I just did to my computer to make this thing work and the end result of a black screen, I'm going to assume that compatibility is what this game is needing some tweaks on. I'll keep my eye on the progress and try to log in, but it seems like a dead end at this point. Lol

Maybe, it just don't make sense why some people get it to work, then all of a sudden it doesn't work for them, then some people do a DNS flush and it works, then a few days later it don't work again, and the flush don't work this time, but clearing the cache will.

It's weird, and I don't know what is causing it to happen, or why it only happens to some people, and I'm guessing neither do the devs, due to their silence on the issue.

Game was fine for me until they fixed the bug with soul hunt, as soon as they did that my lag got extreme.

After I started getting these super low framerates I thought maybe I needed to follow this guide and update flash player. When I did that I got black screens( cleared cookies / history / dns)..still black screens.

Ended up having to do a system restore to go back to previous version of flash, after that my game loads once again but is still extremely laggy.

After doing that I then tried 3 more browsers( firefox / IE / chrome) and had the exact same results with all 3, game ran but it was crappy, until I updated flash..then black screen, on all 4 browsers.

for reference I have an actual custom built gaming computer that can play games like aion / ffxiv / wildstar etc etc, but it is chugging on a flash game.

Fix for me was to do a system restore to un-update flash.....so, that tells me the lag problem is on your end for sure, the flash problem could be either you or adobe.

What also sucks btw, is the new flash version has a right click option to change video quality, which would probably make this a lot more playable, but my current one does not have that option.

I am not a IE fan, but the truth is IE11 is the RAM, CPU resources friendly from all 3 browsers, Mozilla plugin container waste huge ram, Chrome multiple processes in time just like Mozilla, if you gonna stay hours with your browser open IE11 is the best solution at the moment

gonna need a step by step process on this as the site there is way to vague on how this is done. I can easily install the flash player its installing the older version that is a pain when all it is is files in the zip folder.

First download, Uninstaller, and fp_15.0.0.167_archive (FOR IE) or fp_15.0.0.152_archive (FOR Mozilla)
After that close browser, Skype, yahoo msn, or any other app that use flash
execute Uninstaller
for fp_15.0.0.167_archive go to 15_0_r0_167 folder and install flashplayer15_0r0_167_winax (windows installer) FOR IE (ActiveX)

Okay i've done all the steps below and it didn't work. i went to a different browser, and it didn't work. It was working fine for me up until yesterday afternoon. I'd say it's my computer, but a very similar game works just fine.

Yeah, same here EW, tried all the steps on two different browsers, Windows 8 and Firefox, and still black. It was working earlier for me today, until tried to log-in to server. Maybe it's a bug or data overflow.
Anyway, don't want to add unto your stress, so I hope things get cleared up soon. You Dev team have a very addictive game.

so dont give us that mine is black when i click the server i play in kone flyes down to the corner and it never loads i did all of the things on the first post did no good i also installed crome that my other computer uses and it didnt do anything same issue (ever since i bought this computer i have only ran bleach on it) soo any ideas to help me i was having lag issues befor on this computer and then last night befor guild attack and defend it did this problem i went to bed and that didnt fix it

try darthville way, use adobe flash player v 152, but u will be pissed off more lag on this version rather v.189

no need clear cache or etc, do clear cache when u have 400 bad request / nginx.
and often screen stop at loading.

I found out its cause I did a update yesterday the computer asked for and it was to update flash player and it doesn't work with bleach but I cant seam to find a way to change versions back I tried everything I could find to do it and adobe web sight is the worse for customer support I have ever sean

i have 2 version at chrome://plugins
v.189
v.152

i think they change it, and its so messed lag using adobe flash version 15.0.0.152 not only me, other people at my server feel the same too.

the games works without the latest flash player but that's not the problem. it's simply i had some much lag that 1 challenge in arena of 3 rounds ends in about 3 minutes !!! everything is laggy and the animations is very slow . the problem happened after we got back the soul hunt.

Yup, since the soul hunt debacle fix, the lag and the slow motion gameplay has made this unplayable.
Now I'm trying to navigate the black screen with chrome which I switched to as playing this on Firefox was a joke.

So I tried everything with my windows 8 and it didn't work, I switched over to using fire fox and boom, it loaded. I uninstalled and used the one they provided, so the problem maybe related to both something on window's end and the game sudden incompatibility with it.

That's all I can say on the matter, but Dev team guys if you could find out why it doesn't work for windows, I and many others would be appreciative.

I play on a tablet that none of these fixes works on. So if the makers are not willing to do a update patch to the flash player, that I will not be able to play, and I've put good money into this game. So if its not fixed I will demand my money back.

Hello, since this afternoon i cant past the loading screen, the screen is all black. i went to the forum but all the "fixes" that i saw arround there havent solved any problem at all.
also i already tried google chrome, fire fox and internet explorer(for god sake)
cleaned Dns, cache, upgraded the flash player and i even restaured my computer to a week ago(from a driver update that i made)
so, the problem isnt just me, because im not the only one having this issue.
now im wondering, what should i do more? should i just leave the game? i really dont know. two days ago was the soul hunt bug, now this that is even worse.
and i still have my rights so complain since i toped up, not much but still i "gave" you money, for a game that lattely is becoming more buggy.

so this is my question for you, "What should i do? and What are you(the staff) going to do"

read every page u will got solution using adobe flash player 15.0.0.152 not the new version, the bad news is hell LAG on this version and keep stop loading or appear half or 3/4 blackscreen and its stop.

clear cache only work if you have problem with 400 bad request/nginx.

i have had this problem too
but i solve it with ease
just get your old version back from google chrome
by typing in your google chrome browser.
URL: "chrome://plugins" ( without " ")for people who doesn't understand a single thing about internet

then maximlize your detail function( on the right side its in BLUE)
1. search for adobe flash player
2 check which version is actief
3. look if its a new one or old one
4 diable new version (15.0.0.187)
5 let old one running( 15.0.0.152)
6 close your google chrome browser
7. go to your google chrome and DING you could play again

yep its helpful bro but doesnt help when you get an proble you look this thread and when you upgrade flash only gets worst, maybe Sakai can close this thread atm till they can fix the problem with latest flash btw did this yesterday sadly the lag still is really bad

I cant load it either and I am supposed to get my gold ichigo and now I cant any help this really sucks. I am going to lose it, cause I cant log on
