Shin Grimjows Skill bug

I`m facing some problem here, I just recruited SWP grimjow. But it seems to be, his skill doesnt work properly anymore.
He is recovering his fury to 100, but he doesn`t cast LACERATION.
The wierdest thing that, some of the people are not facing the same problem and their grimjows just working fine.
My question would be why is that so? Does LACERATION have a certain rate of succses as stunn or just mine is just bugged?

Since I recruited him, never casted the laceration.
Not in normal mobs, not in hollow spirit, not in pvp, nowhere and never

Remember laceration just works on  on pvp

It works now, but only time to time, is there any percentage of success on laceration as well or it meant to be 100%?

The skill only works in vanguards, and pvp

it's not a bug i got. When shini grimmjow uses the skill and my opponent orihmne heals and no heal point appear on either partners so swp grimmjow skill works ok

For me opponent did recover hp even though he got hit by grimjows skill, but as I said it's working fine already
