There are a group of us including me, pityp, blue hallow, devilfox, and few others who have investigated into a troubling matter and that deserves justice and we need the forum community's help with. As some of you have been seeing for the past week, an issue occurred when a guy named  IPainedmmortal2 ( Nakai ) claimed to have been scammed. But through deep investigation, we have found this guy has fooled everyone. He claimed to have been scammed ( account hacked ), which in actuality he lost the account according to his own risk. Look at the website link at the bottom and look at the proof yourself. This fool says he was never selling the account and it was the guy who hacked him. But look at the dates and when he posted on the forum. He was apparently selling the account way before he came to the forum claiming he had gotten hacked. Thus meaning he lost his account to a scam or the guy bought the account and nakai wanted to lie to everyone to get his account back and at the same time keep the money which is the most logic explanation here. If you look at the other guys post, he owned the account but nakai claims he hacked the account. This is most certainly fishy, and the fishyness has been solved. Nakai has been selling his account on more then 1 website including epicdnc and playerup.com , gives his account away, and then lies and gets it back. As you saw in the forum he claimed he never was selling the account, but heres the evidence :

Honestly i think justice needs to be served.

There are also emails and text messages that clearly has this guy talking about selling this account. And the original owner rightfully should get the account he desrves wether he payed or not. Nakai lied andwent against game rules and ultimately lost the account according to his own stupidity.

Gms are confused and sometimes barely ahve power to fix things, but togetehr maybe admins can relaize who the real deserving of the account is.

The original owner was even nice enough to give a free account to Nakai who apparently trashed it. Go to server 153 ( dont know us or eu ) and look for zed. the guy has lost more then half of team who used to be rank 1. Nakai logged into account and deleted his Kisuke, Shura Kenpachi, and Ichigo and used csb stones to try and fix the account and bought a new shura even lower level -_-.

This man is without an account and lets help him as much as possible and has lost alot of money: [email protected] (Zed)

Deng didn't know this was happening. Yes guys the truth is i owned the account. But he destroyed Zed when he knew it didn't have Shikai ichigo ( because he posted on threads he was already selling it ) so he was trying to make money off my account. This is Zed and i even have pics of Zed destroyed. I would love if i could get my account back but i doubt this game cares about their players   and he received the account because this guy is a computer major in college and he possibly hacked my email and took my receipts. I have all the evidence anyone need

no. nakai was selling account, zed become real owner for long time. nakai then got account back, kept all the money zed payed, trasged zed account ( hacks ), and lied to forum stating zed hacked and was sellig his account

in this situation i don't think it matters that nakai was originally trying to scam people, it should matter that he got his account back with the help of the game support after clearly breaking the game rules.

Brah was given evidence by both sides and he said that nakai lost the account because he was trying to trade/sell it in the first place. He should not have been able to get the account back within the rules of the game

true, they both broke the rules, but from a moral standpoint nakai is a scumbag in my opinion. Trying to sell his account, scam the person, ruin their account, and keep the money all while still being able to retain his account

He was banned because Nakai lied remember? When he got the account back from admins he told epic that he scammed and that's why he got his account banned. You guys still claim the same thing about selling and taking account back.
First of all,when nakai was hacked,he pmed us and told us he has hacked,he couldn't log in to his account. Then we asked when we saw the main account online,he just PRETENDED to be the real owner,and he asked us why we didn't believe him and shit. He DID NOT say anything like,"hi,i bought this account,i am "bla bla" and i want to be friendly with you guys".
The second thing is,when he pretended to be Nakai,he did nothing Naka did,like not being online a lot,fucking up the stones of account,not speaking to anybody,being a cold stone to everyone,not knowing how to call us etc. So basically,Nakai is a super friendly guy who tries to help everyone in server,and the other guy was not talking and doing a single shit.
If you read this fair-minded,you'll see what happened actually than a fake topic on a random forum.

From my point of view, if Nakai [the original owner] is proven that he wanted to sell the acc, which is prohibited by terms and conditions, YES the acc should be banned.

Zed should not get the acc EVEN if he did pay for it, because he also is in direct violation of the terms and conditions.

Nakai, even if he wanted to sell the acc, can be considered a scammer ONLY if he did get the money promised from the buyer. If he did not, Zed is the actual scammer, for trying to steal what is not his.

Justice... its a strong word, which u should not use, because from your posts, i can see u dont even understand the meaning of it.

Back to the point; Yes he sold the account which wasn't allowed, furthermore he tried to get it back after a successful trade claiming that he got "hacked". Eventually he did get it back obviously because if not why are we here, so he got it back and we're here at an in-pass of everybody being pissy and bitchy at each other.  So why don't all of you be quiet and post USEFUL stuff, not your pesky annoying comments of hate.

The server is Eu 153, [its only 7 weeks old], yet u claim a deletion of Shura Kenpachi, and afterwards using MORE csb stones to fix the acc... i doubt any1 could manage to get SK that fast and have stones to spare. Also the acc in question is only lev 87 at this point. The required level for SK is 90.

I dont care who is right or wrong, but i cant stand when ignorant children think they know more than they do.

In any game if you are the real owner you can get it back if you wanted to do.. just talk to the support and tell them that you got hacked.. only way to keep it is to change all infos etc but seems that the buyer couldn't change everything so he lost it.

I've sold and bought many accounts before... got scammed on 2-3 accounts which I couldn't return even tho I have changed all infos.

P.S. I could have kept those accounts if I transferred the characters to another account but I didn't cuz I was lazy and thought he wont get it back..

So I think its possible to keep the accounts you've bought if you were smart enough but overall its not worth it

That mod, Brahmastra is aware of this from what I've seen so either mods have no power or they simply don't care the account should be locked so nobody has access to it since several ToS rules has been broken lol.

1- Gogames care about making more money and banning anyone who tries to hack and get free things

2- Mods care about making the game better with less bugs better events/new partners/stuff ingame etc..

Well said morpheus. that is so true about kenpachi from swp. Its not easy to get him so soon. On my server the rank one guy got him after about 6 months and that too coz he was above vip 7 so he got two times to reset hueco. Looks like the two parties are just trying to make us fools or they are really stupid to think that we would buy their nonsense talks.

lol, the guy who is apparently "helping" you has multiple accounts banned on different forums and if you type his email address that he left behind in his messages on google, what pops up are forums showing that he has scammed multiple people in several games. Just drop it already, its embarrassing  and try to find another game or somewhere else to try and scam others with FCAlife.

PLZ close this thread down. its already been confirmed. Sanket is a online scammer and that name is a wise used scammer name now. Its not one person. like Sly3er being another one. i would like to clearify some of those scammers had stolen and used a few players emails for fraud.  Xzolo990, turkeyboy98, and bleach738609 @gmail.com are not scammer emails. I see this thread was brought back up because of someone selling a clash of clans account. STOP SPAMMING and bringing old threads months old back. Note that is not the actual scammer " Sanket ". You can text or email and he will even willingly be the first to trade. DO NOT feel threatened because scammers are learking an posted your email on any thread in forum can be used for other scams. beware yourself of where you put your email out as.
