pretty much pvp inclined , tenjiro on the other hand can be used in pve too

yea, but broken evo doesnt do him any favors

40k or so bonus kido dmg stacked on top of his kido atk mods would do some much needed damage, given his slightly underpowered growth rate.  theres good alternatives out there, that are better then tenjiro
