Ultimate charge event help!

If I got 40k gold at ultimate charge event, and asuming I got the 100 percent rebate at my server, what chars would you recommend? And zanpakuto?

tensa, oetsu, hiki and save rest of the gold for future imo

How much is hiki? And you think oetsu will be in ultimate charge? Also, er, which event should I get tensa in? As for the other two chars, should I use white ichi and demon ichi? Or should I try and get berz renji or even use the guy from shini agent?

Hiki costs 12k. Oetsu was selling for 6k in the thanksgiving event. Tensa is generally the same price in like every event, 40k. Berserk Renji is one of if not the best pve partner in the game. I 100% recommend getting him as well. Should be another 12k. I'd also get Ichibei, cause he's a cool guy.

I guess the total cost depends on what char comes at ultimate charge. If I did a 2-2-1 formation using renji and oetsu and tensa, would hiki be a good support for that form or should i use the guy from shini agent? And who would be the ideal vang

I think hiki is great for that formation personally. It also depends on whether or not you have enough fury stones to t1 though. If you aren't t1 atm maybe investing in shinso and some fury stones instead of oetsu would be a better idea.

yes he is.  yet again, you can get shinso for free with enough coupons from alliance shop

Yes he is, and in my opinion not as good. But you need to get your priorities straight. If you, with all of your amazing event partners can't even skill t1, then you'll end up losing to non vip players who have t1'd Kisuke. t1 is massively important in both pvp and pve, definitely try to get that done.
