partners evoloution problem

muhamed91

when i get fragments for partner evoloution i click synthesis he doesn't say how much i need but he only says where can i get the fragments and when i ask my friends they say to me that i need one fragment while i have 5 and don't synthesis i don't know why and thanks
plz help me

Gensei_chan

information you were given is right, when opening (clicking) the item there is no quantity mentioned, that means you need only 1 fragment.

i see 2 reasons possible:
1- the materials you've collected are not the good ones (for instance: you picked "gloves", but there are 3 or 4 different ones...)
2- the evo you're trying to apply requires a level that your partner didn't reach yet (for instance: some evo 11 require level 120 to be applied... might be the same also at lower level)

can you post a print screen of that evo + your back bag (only evo frags, ofc)?

muhamed91

i leveled my evo but what does synthesis mean?

Gensei_chan

the <synthesis> function means you need more than 1 part to make the item; it will show you which materials and how many are required to make it.

muhamed91

i have more than 1 and doesn't synthesis he only say where can i get not how many do i need

Gensei_chan

if the Synthesize button is grey, then you'll see where to get the parts
needed amount is shown below the item picture

when the button is orange, then you have enough materials and can make it.

Gensei_chan

note also you need few silver to create these parts

muhamed91

rly thanks that thing that says how many i need and how much silver doesnt appear to me the only thing that appear is the right one that says where can i get and i tried while i have a lot fo silver

Gensei_chan

mmm... weird...
if you don't see the quantity that may mean you need only 1 piece.
on which evo level do you the problem? eventually, what's the name of the component you need?
