I had 90 score 5 min 30 seconds before the event ended. It had me At top, and closest at 80. Yet for some reason it gave me 2nd, though nobody had 90 or above me. Can this get fixed please and pass out the proper rewards.

At least you got rewards.
On EU server we didnt get anything. Nor have we received the rewards from the last Ultimate BP event.

dude same here i ended up topping up and with the last few minutes i went in to second place. i waited till the end and then went up to second. it told me i ended up getting 4th. im super pissed. if i dont get my reward im going to flip the blank out. either i get my title or i get my money back because i spent the money just for that. so all the gold that i topped up went to that. i want my title or money

my server is 76. i topped up and ended up with 58 pumpkins lit. riversong who was in second at the time ended up with 55. either i get my title or i get my money back. because i dont want the dam gold. i just want the title or the money. thats it.

I think that the 10 min before is wrong. I won the Ultimate BP event in the last 10 min. So its possible in the last 5 min they jumped ahead of you.

we are talking about the pumpkins lighting. and i waited and stayed down low till the last 5 when they wouldnt know. nothing changed she still had 55. i stayed down in 4th so they wouldnt know. plus she wasnt even online. so she didnt. im super pissed. I BETTER GET MY REWARD OR MY MONEY BACK. I DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO SPEND AND THEN GET RIPPED OFF AT THE END. IT ISNT HAPPENING. I WANT MY REWARD AND TITLE OR MY MONEY BACK. I AM NOT GOING TO HAVE SPENT ALL THAT FOR NOTHING. I DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO DO THAT. I BETTER GET MY SECOND PLACE REWARD AND TITLE OR MY MONEY.

It's 5 min before not 10. It updated at 5 min, and my screen said I had 90, second had 80. It would be impossible for them to jump ahead.

I don't want to sound rude but if you don't have the money to waste, its best not to spend it on games at all :/

I do understand your point though, they do get away with anything and its useless trying to get an answer from them since im still waiting over a month now for a reply from support....

i was ahead of everyone in server EU42 and there is no way anyone could have gotten ahead of me and i dont even have my reward or title. This is bull

I don't want to be a downer or anything, but since it is updated at 5 mins, technically that means that as the timer ticked to 00:00 it would have refreshed, given that it is another 5 minute mark. Problem would be that you wouldn't get the chance to see if it did as the Halloween event icon and stuff disappeared from game UI (At least in my case it did ). This is all theoretical though, I don't know any answers

I myself am still waiting to get rewards on EU, no clue whats going on.

I'd just ask the person who got the rewards for first how many pumpkins they lit, to maybe to get a better understanding. ( And if there was a shrug emoticon I'd put it here )

It refreshed with 5 min left, after those 5 min it don't matter anymore, nothing counts after that.

Does anyone have a screenshot of the rules? In mine all I could read was that it refreshed every 5 minutes, but the text went out of the small border so couldn't read if there was anything else.

According to CN servers it says it stops the rankings at 5 min before event ends.

Would be nice if this information was made available to every average joe within the game that doesn't look around the forums. Shouldn't need to know about CN servers to know how an event works. That text going out of the borders needs to be fixed and avoided in future events.

It's because the text in Chinese is shorter than in English. They would have to change the entire UI to fix that, which is not likely seeing how they just import the CN systems and translate.

Yes, it would require a bit but there were several things which were not made clear. I did get 2 support people so hoping to here back again tonight. If the text is not properly shown and the rewards are not properly explained, it is not my responsibility for any issue resulting from that.

I am not extremely upset at anyone as long as they properly fix the issue. The event should end at the normal time and not at 5 minutes before. (That was not shown in english) It's not an extremely complex coding thing...

they just need to shorten the translation tbh. Something like following would do and fit:

Rankings End 10min before end
Rankings End at 23:50

etc
etc

Short and sweet, it all it needs
