I had 1968 gold resihi before I turned 70 plus the 50 from turning 70. I spent 1000 on visored hirake . I tried to buy haribel and it said something about my formation I have 9/12 character slots. it took 1000 gold resihi from me but didnt give me haribel. I am on US server 87 Toon name : Nagano Ryu. I tried to buy it around 2045 central time. I would like some help on this plz . Thank you very much.

Where is the customer support at. I have now put in 2 emails plus this forum post. I have not heard back from anyone from customer service yet. I lost 1000 gold reshi from this I guess a bug. I would either like my 1000 gold reshi replaced or get what I wanted in the first place haribel. I topped off during the xmas tree event and traded for the gold reshi so I could purchase thes 2 toons. I would like for support to contact me, either here or my in game email to resolve this bug I am guessing. Really unhappy paying customer

I didnt even know it happened until after the fact I thought I bought the toon. I have sent 2 emails regradeing this no response yet.

At least now I know to look out for this. Now I will always check to make sure I have enough partner slots.

can someone from support plz help me with this. my emails aint being replied too.its been over a week now and 0 response from anyone with gogames, If this is a bug. its gonna need to be fixed.
