After the last update i keep get this image that i can click on it and what is under it i can't use that's rly annoying how can i fix it?

no one have same problem it's rly annoyng because i have to refresh page after each instance because i can't click return or start or anything else that is under that image

Same with me in Firefox, in IE it works... .. first time I've used IE in the last few years..
