Spamming the Alliance War notification

Spica (server 7) is possibily epilleptic and can't seem to stop spamming the hell out of the alliance war notification message..

for the love of all that is holy and good.. make it so you can only press it once every 60 seconds instead of 10..

and maybe get Spica some medical attention..

I do agree, that there should be a longer CD time for it, or even better no announcement when it comes to Alliance War or other useless announcements such as "Username got Espada hunting qualification" I don't think I care about what others got in soul hunt, and other people might share the same feeling as I do.

Soul hunt one is not that bad but the Alliance war yes please do something about that spam
