A new character - this is Bankai Rukia!
If you already had a similar thread - please forgive
Chinese do not understand (which we do not know Modifications
And what formation also did not know yet

1.Add 8% extra speed
2.Add 8% extra Kido attack
3.Immune stun
4.Add 10% extra avoid injury rate
5.Immune silence
6.When killed, deal 200% Kido damage on enemy vanguard

so she's the only new one. Took them while enough to add someone new. All they could come up with was b. rukia. Feel a bit disappointed and a bit excited, cuz she looks damn well designed.

Bankai Shunsui, Bankai Urahara, Yoruichi Zanpakuto in both cat and non-cat forms.

And most importantly, Bankai Isshin and Zanka no Tashi.

You can throw quincy stuff in too.

her shikai is being able to turn into a cat (best shikai EVER)

and her bankai is being able to talk as a cat

it's not a well known fact cuz not many have been taught the ways of cats

i don't have 8 cats (really wish i did)

but with the size of them...i'd say one is like 1.5 of a cat...and the other one

yeah CN support said she is supporter and that they may edit mod as well like D.B.I and i dun know why but i see 2nd mod as increase defense not attack maybe i dun see well lol and yeah 200% attack

I have to agree. With the given info he looks like an upgraded uryu... Maybe he'll have a cool skill or something though

Damn that rukia is such a wasted effort from their side... Her model is beautiful and her skill looks really good as well compared to many much simpler ones.. But her skill itself is useless against vast majority of ppl....She is basically a counter against ppl who have stacked vanguard and are using hyorinmaru.. nothing else...noone uses a healer in high lvl play and those few who I have seen, it didnt really help them it just prolonged their death a bit...It is not even uselful against ppl with senbon because on top of strong vanguard they will also have strong assaulters in most cases with 1-3-1 formation and she will not do anything against them....
