Things we have learned about reincarnation

leased partners come at your reincarnated level, not your pre-reincarnated level
You can apparently continue to level equipment and partners up to your pre-reincarnated level (maybe higher, haven't tested)

any other things you have noticed about pre to post reincarnation quirks would be welcomed here!!

dont forget about adding the reiatsu thing to that gts u more crits on certain lvs u could reincarnate and control ur lv to always be near/at the lvs  for quicker reiatsu growth probly well know tho lol.

you are very likely to get a major reiatsu crit with pills on REIATSU levels that are multiples of 11 eg. 11, 22, 33 so on
its not affected by the level of your character
