level 61 miz mod soul, steadily leveling
level 8, tier 7 agi hogu
level 12 SC, working to improve
4x level 10 agi stones, 2x level 9 agi stones
Muramasa's speed in infused as much as it can for a while
i'm sure there is no easy way from this point (without a boatload of cash, lol) but any ideas would be welcomed!! I need to keep him about 12% faster than my Rukia, which he is not ATM oh, and because i can do it, and want to...

currently working on his hogus and accessories, leveling his boots, spirit stones are not an option for a while as i just won't nerf Rukia for him, and don't have the stones elsewhere. got plans for hogus in the future, but that's gonna take time... author: Zento-Hazashi time: 2016-6-1 17:46:24
Shinso has a speed bond that you could always upgrade, that's pretty worth it if he's your long-term/final partner ^^
Also, boost their attack up will ya xD
