Definitly Yamamoto,so you can change that renji. and use yama for pvp and renji for pve

I would get Yamamoto, and I think he will out damage your Renji in pve so I don't think there is any need to swap the two of them out. What you could do for es is swap out your Vanguard for renji for more damage, but for events like Ryoka it won't work since you need a vanguard in the higher levels.  I would not waste your time on getting C.Orihime she is just not worth it imo.  If I had your team I would work on getting noza kenpachi, shura kenpachi from csb and shinso gin, or if anything better comes along in ultimate battle power.
