100000 attack * 1.5 * 1.15 = 172500 attack

That is the correct answer.

They multiply because they come from different bonuses.

Also, partner attack bonuses in Void boost your starting attack when you enter battle in a way that also increases your zanpakuto's attack damage as well unlike attack buffs.

Add the % before calculating dmg. If you calculate then do %off of that then totals would be too off ...

they don't want you to do that much dmg

If only that were true. Their current actions suggest otherwise.
