Invincibility question

Hey all!  I have a question about mods interacted with invincibility.  Shunsui's last mod says that it'll decrease an attacker's attack by 25% when he is attacked but if he is under invincibilty status (from his exclusive skill) will this still apply?

Afaik, the effect applies only, if he gets hit. if he's invincible or EVEN BLOCKS, it won't apply. at least it's been that way with Uryu's last mod (poisons attacker); if he blocks, he won't poison the enemy and also not when under invincibility.
Not sure about dodge, but I assume, dodge iwll also NOT trigger the mod.
