Gate2shop failure

I tried to top up $30 with a visa card.  I used gate2shop. Transaction failed. Tried a few times. No luck.  contacted them. They said to contact gogames.  So I have a visa card with $40 on it to top up and I can't.  Money waisted.

offgames doesnt want to work for me either.

so gl, no chance for money back, i have problem to i top up for 8000gold, and was some error
supp answer me that they found error and send my money back
but they dont send it back
